Key Responsibilities

  • •Operationalize enterprise circular IT strategy across global IT asset lifecycle processes.
  • •Design and continuously evolve the circular IT asset lifecycle strategy, roadmap, policies, and regional implementation priorities.
  • •Own end-to-end lifecycle process standards for in-scope IT assets, embedding circular checkpoints into operational workflows.
  • •Define minimum data requirements for asset traceability, disposition coding, chain of custody, reuse eligibility, residual value capture, and verified downstream treatment.
  • •Own circular IT vendor governance for ITAD, refurbishment, recycling, logistics, leasing, reverse logistics, repair, and related lifecycle partners.

Key Requirements

  • •Lead circular IT strategy across global IT asset lifecycle processes, aligning sustainability commitments with IT operations, procurement, and finance objectives.
  • •Establish governance, standards, and controls to make reuse, refurbishment, redeployment, and compliant recovery the default path.
  • •Define operating models for circular asset management across device planning, acquisition, deployment, break/fix, refresh, redeployment, collection, disposition, and reporting.
  • •Develop enterprise standards for “circular by default” decision-making (repair before replace, redeploy before buy new, refurbish/resell before recycle).
  • •Monitor and interpret global asset, e-waste, and environmental regulations and convert them into operational controls, policy updates, and vendor expectations.
