Key Requirements

  • •A degree, HNC/HND, or equivalent qualification in Engineering, Construction, Building Surveying, Fire Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline.
  • •A recognised project management qualification such as PRINCE2, APM PMQ, PMP or equivalent.
  • •Strong knowledge of project delivery, governance, risk management, and stakeholder engagement within complex environments.
  • •Excellent communication and leadership skills to influence and collaborate across multiple organisations.
  • •Experience managing contractors, consultants, and multiple workstreams while maintaining high standards of safety and compliance.
