Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the preparation, maintenance, and updates of Master Files, Local Files, and Country-by-Country Reporting (CbCR) across jurisdictions.
  • •Assist in designing, implementing, and updating intercompany pricing policies to support growth, new product launches, and international expansion.
  • •Collaborate with Legal, Finance, and Treasury to ensure intercompany agreements align with economic realities and operational TP calculations/adjustments.
  • •Partner on key group projects, European expansion initiatives, and cross-border structuring with the International Tax Manager and International Tax & Transfer Pricing Lead.
  • •Serve as a key point of contact for tax authority enquiries and audits relating to transfer pricing matters globally.

Key Requirements

  • •Professional qualification as a qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA) and/or tax advisor (CTA/ADIT or equivalent).
  • •Strong technical background in transfer pricing, including experience with Master Files, Local Files, and Country-by-Country Reporting (CbCR).
  • •Experience preparing/maintaining transfer pricing documentation and supporting TP policy and intercompany pricing matters.
  • •Ability to operate autonomously and translate complex transfer pricing concepts for non-tax stakeholders.
  • •Proactive, hands-on mindset suited to a fast-paced fintech environment.
