Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead Product Analytics to measure and improve product performance and health across Products and Platforms.
  • •Build and use models to test and validate data, and extract/analyze data to assess product offerings.
  • •Identify and implement process, data, and reporting improvements to drive operational efficiencies.
  • •Consult on the design and implementation of new production and data storage systems and develop strategic tests for products and initiatives.
  • •Lead a team of junior analysts, mentoring and elevating their careers while managing multiple concurrent projects.

Salary: USD 164,800 - 188,100 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related) plus at least 6 years of data analytics experience, or a Master’s degree plus at least 4 years with the expectation the degree is obtained by the start date.
  • •At least 4 years of experience performing professional data analysis work.
  • •At least 4 years of experience performing programming.
  • •Preferred: at least 4 years of experience with Python, R, Spark, or SQL.
  • •Preferred: at least 1 year of people management experience.
