Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee timely completion of assigned projects, financial performance, and highest customer satisfaction.
  • •Develop and implement strategic long-term scheduling for the service workload to optimize resource allocation and timelines.
  • •Plan and analyze assigned projects, establishing schedules and procedures to accomplish Service Agreement work, including complex service applications.
  • •Partner to review estimates and proposals; enter projects, order and track parts, schedule labor internally and with customers, and coordinate billing.
  • •Anticipate and set monthly revenue forecasts and proactively identify scope, scheduling, and material issues to enhance margin and profitability.
