Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare and follow up credit facility documentation.
  • •Liaise with back office/middle office and related parties to track daily account activities and ensure transactions complete timely and accurately.
  • •Support the Relationship Manager in delivering high-standard professional service and building rapport with customers.
  • •Maintain service enhancement in a sales-and-service culture, including handling difficult customer situations to satisfaction.
  • •Contribute to process improvements and assigned projects/initiatives, and support client transactions through proactive outreach.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or above; accounting, finance, or related discipline preferred.
  • •Banking-related experience, preferably in credit or a sales-related position.
  • •Good communication and interpersonal skills with a mature teamwork mindset.
  • •Analytical thinking, attention to detail, and strong organization.
  • •Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines; excellent spoken and written English and computer literacy.
