Key Responsibilities

  • •Pre-LOI Integration & Org Due Diligence (Strategic Advisory): Partner with SIG Finance and the CHRO’s office before LOI to assess leadership, structure, cost, and people implications.
  • •Integration Strategy & Execution Ownership: Design and own the end-to-end integration strategy across people, org, cost, systems, and culture; lead Day-1, Day-30, Day-90, and Year-1 plans.
  • •Org, Talent & Culture Assimilation: Lead future-state org design and leadership mapping; drive workforce integration and culture alignment to ensure value capture.
  • •Senior Stakeholder Governance & Updates: Act as trusted extension of CHRO and executive teams; provide transparent, executive-level updates on governance, trade-offs, and progress.
  • •Value realisation discipline: Embed repeatable, scalable playbooks for integration momentum, ensuring value is realised—not deferred; manage risk, blockers, and accountability across deals.

Key Requirements

  • •12–18+ years of experience across People Strategy, M&A, Integration, or Consulting
  • •Strong track record leading end-to-end M&A integration and value realisation initiatives
  • •Experience partnering with finance leaders (SIG Finance) and CHROs on cross-functional programs
  • •Excellent stakeholder management and executive presence with ability to influence at the C-suite
  • •Deep understanding of org design, workforce economics, synergies, and change management
