Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and implement a business development strategy for targeted new client base to close new opportunities
  • •Cultivate new investment management relationships with ultra high net worth individuals, families and businesses and expand current client relationships
  • •Provide long-term consultative guidance on estate planning, wealth transfer and tax planning to clients and their representatives
  • •Build and nurture internal and external networks to identify new client relationships and showcase Northern Trust capabilities
  • •Collaborate with a full team of experts to understand client needs and connect them with appropriate Northern Trust services

Salary: USD 130,530 - 228,380 annually

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of sales and relationship management experience, preferably with wealth management clients
  • •Strong network of Centers of Influence (COIs) for UHNW individuals and families (attorneys, estate planning professionals, CPAs)
  • •Knowledge of fiduciary capabilities and services (personal trusts, living trusts, wills, investment management, custody, estate and tax planning)
  • •Ability to profile a client’s financial landscape and advise across Northern Trust capabilities
  • •Series 7 and 63 licenses are required; CFP, CFA, CIMA are strongly preferred
