Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as primary administrator for employee benefit programs across the United States and Canada.
  • •Manage day-to-day health and welfare administration, including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, HSA, wellness, and voluntary benefits.
  • •Administer employee eligibility, enrollments, terminations, qualifying life events, beneficiary updates, and dependent verification activities.
  • •Lead annual Open Enrollment for the U.S. and Canada, including planning, vendor coordination, communications, audits, testing, and reconciliation.
  • •Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain data accuracy through audits, reconciliations, and reporting across HRIS, payroll, carrier, and vendor systems.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or equivalent experience.
  • •Minimum 5 years of progressive benefits administration experience.
  • •Hands-on experience administering employee benefit programs in both the U.S. and Canada.
  • •Proven experience leading annual Open Enrollment from planning through execution.
  • •Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and HRIS experience (Workforce Now).
