Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage team vehicle operations including maintenance, reporting, assignments, scheduling, and vehicle compliance.
  • •Train, monitor, coach, and perform reviews with team members to improve performance and time management.
  • •Assist management in executing operational business plans and implementing procedures to improve efficiencies.
  • •Ensure compliance with safety measures and enforce production and control standards while meeting cost, quality, and delivery commitments.
  • •Perform diagnosis, repairs, and maintenance (including OBD II systems, brakes, tires, tune-ups, suspension, aerial lifts, electrical, state safety inspections, and engine/driveline components).

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma/GED with 5 years’ experience in a related field (automotive shop preferred), with alternative education/experience combinations acceptable.

  • •Ability to perform data analysis and use it to make recommendations on policies, procedures, and methods.
