Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead a portfolio of diverse technology projects and a team of developers working on distributed microservices and full stack systems.
  • •Build robust cloud-based solutions with digital product managers to deliver experiences for users and support regulatory needs.
  • •Drive continuous learning by evaluating and experimenting with new technologies and sharing knowledge via internal and external communities.
  • •Mentor other engineering community members and, when needed, code or evaluate code.
  • •Develop back-end systems using programming languages (Java, Python, SQL, Node, Go, Scala) and container orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 197,300 - 225,100 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree.
  • •4+ years of professional software engineering experience (internship experience does not apply).
  • •1+ year of cloud computing experience (AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud).
  • •7+ years of experience in at least one of: Java, Scala, Python, Go, or Node.js.
  • •1+ year of people management experience and experience with Agile practices.
