Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and manage FAB manufacturing operations and the manufacturing team to achieve safety, quality, and line performance goals.
  • •Own line performance and lead daily constraint mitigation through rapid issue resolution and process flexibility.
  • •Coordinate across FAB branches and support functions to maintain stable factory activity and improve cycle time.
  • •Apply manufacturing science and data-driven tactical leadership to meet site goals across safety, quality, activity, and cost.
  • •Lead productivity and automation initiatives, including workforce development for a fast-paced 7x24 environment and leader coaching in continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •BS in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • •7+ years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing operations with progressive management responsibilities (200mm preferred).
  • •Experience leading a team in a high-volume manufacturing environment with direct accountability for line performance.
  • •Demonstrated data-based decision making, problem-solving, and project management.
  • •Strong communication and cross-functional leadership skills across engineering, support teams, and factories.
