Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate and manage preventive maintenance (PPM) schedules for owners’ apartments, kitchen equipment, swimming pools, and building facilities, including contractor follow-up.
  • •Administer engineering operations and documentation such as quotations, work orders, maintenance contracts, permits, reports, Oracle system updates, and departmental records.
  • •Monitor and maintain compliance and safety requirements, including Fire Life Safety (FLS) documentation and contractor work permit procedures, plus pest control programs.
  • •Prepare and maintain operational reports and tracking systems, including revenue reports, maintenance logs, training records, attendance monitoring, vacation plans, and performance reporting.
  • •Liaise with residents, owners, contractors, and internal departments to address maintenance requests, complaints, and scheduled works, and provide administrative support to engineering leadership.

Key Requirements

  • •Diploma or Higher Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, HVAC, or a related technical discipline.
