Key Responsibilities

  • •Fabricate wire harnesses (cut/strip, crimp, terminate, label, lace/overbraid as required) to workmanship standards
  • •Solder and rework electronic assemblies as needed, including PCBAs and connector terminations
  • •Modify and integrate COTS components per engineering instructions
  • •Read and execute work from controlled documentation (work instructions, drawings, schematics) with revision discipline
  • •Record build steps, inspection results, and traceability in the MES

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent
  • •1+ years manufacturing wire harnesses and/or electromechanical assemblies
  • •1+ years using electronic test equipment (DMM, bench power supply, DAQ/test fixtures, etc.)
  • •Working knowledge of basic electronics theory and troubleshooting fundamentals
  • •Ability to work from technical documentation, schematics, and engineering drawings
