Key Responsibilities

  • •Arrange and optimize travel logistics (positioning plan, accommodation, and transport) for crew members and coordinate logistics teams across all AOCs.
  • •Manage and coordinate daily tasks for Logistics Assistants, including WAH/WMT hotel accommodation and transportation based on schedules.
  • •Control and optimize costs by selecting economical positioning solutions and ensure accurate cost allocation of booking requests.
  • •Coordinate with Operation Control, Operations Planning, and Training Planning, maintain liaison communications with crew and Crew Logistics Teams, and support travel arrangements for other internal departments.
  • •Maintain and update Crew Logistics policies/SOPs, support invoice validation/approval, manage commuting tickets and conference room bookings, participate in application testing, and train/onboard new team joiners.
