Perform advanced diagnostics, repairs, calibrations, and system integrations for autonomous vehicles to support safe, reliable fleet operations. Troubleshoot mechanical/electrical systems, CAN/LIN networks, power distribution, and AV compute hardware; calibrate LiDAR, radar, cameras, GPS, and IMUs; install and replace complex AV components. Support on-road and closed-course testing, respond to escalated field issues, and maintain detailed documentation in fleet systems.

Key Responsibilities

•Perform complex mechanical and electrical troubleshooting on AV powertrain, braking, suspension, and high-voltage systems.
•Diagnose, repair, and validate faults involving CAN networks, LIN bus, power distribution, and AV computer hardware.
•Conduct precise calibrations of LiDAR, radar, camera arrays, GPS units, IMUs, and perception systems.
•Install, configure, and replace complex AV components, and support engineering teams with software deployments and debugging.
•Support on-road and closed-course AV testing, respond to escalated field issues, and coordinate with remote monitoring teams.
