Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage assigned MEP accounts and daily territory activities, including in-person account visits.
  • •Analyze metrics in Salesforce, Power BI, and ShowPad to develop routing schedules and growth plans.
  • •Develop and maintain relationships with key decision makers (top accounts, RMM, RVP) and MEP NAMs to drive sell-in opportunities and end-user engagement.
  • •Execute Go-to-Market strategy using product/service plans, marketing programs, and targeted funds while achieving sales targets across product categories.
  • •Document work plans and visit logs in Salesforce and manage T&E and MAP budget to ensure servicing standards.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree required (Business Management or Engineering preferred); Master’s degree preferred, or relevant construction field/client job site experience as a substitute.
  • •Minimum 3 years of sales experience in Product, Commercial, Industrial, or similar background.
  • •Ability to analyze Power BI and Salesforce data to develop strategic growth plans and improve financial performance.
  • •Willingness to frequently travel up to 50% (local) and 30% (overnight).
  • •Maintain a valid driver’s license and pass drug and criminal background checks.
