Key Responsibilities

  • •Use available collections software tools to execute strategies that improve receivable delinquency and lower DSO.
  • •Respond to customer inquiries and issues including documentation, billing errors, payment application errors, disputes, and program changes.
  • •Proactively contact customers for past-due receivables, determine non-payment reasons, and place accounts on credit hold when needed.
  • •Monitor the customer portfolio to mitigate loss exposure by ensuring compliance with approved credit lines and recommending credit line changes or over-line approvals.
  • •Promote, negotiate, and sell automated or pre-payment options; provide phone support by handling incoming calls from sales offices and customers.

Key Requirements
