Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and deliver production-grade AI agents central to Sierra’s revenue growth.
  • •Own the agent development life cycle (pilot through deployment and continuous iteration), building and tuning agents in production.
  • •Partner with large enterprises and startups to understand business challenges and implement agent-driven solutions at scale.
  • •Build and evolve Sierra’s core platform by surfacing unmet needs, prototyping tools/features, and collaborating with research/product/platform.
  • •Support scalable commerce workflows across discovery-to-checkout and order tracking/troubleshooting experiences.
