Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead discovery workshops to define business problems, scope, objectives, success measures, and as-is/to-be process and customer journey impacts.
  • •Elicit, prioritize, and document requirements using agile artifacts, functional specifications, and non-functional requirements (performance, resilience, security, accessibility, data retention).
  • •Maintain traceability from business outcomes to requirements, design, test coverage, and release.
  • •Build and document banking domain knowledge, share knowledge, and disseminate functional domain expertise to HSBC Technology teams.
  • •Conduct system and process analysis, feasibility analysis with business cases, and administer detailed System Acceptance Tests while ensuring regulatory compliance and operational risk management.

  • •Conduct feasibility analysis for initiatives, producing business cases signed off by the client.
  • •Capture, document, and manage user functional requirements within agreed project scope, including client sign-off.
  • •Administer detailed System Acceptance Tests and ensure functional information is conveyed to technical teams as needed.
  • •5+ years of work experience in IT hardware, software, operations and networks, with a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology.
