Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide support to internal teams and stakeholders, including oversight of overall construction effort and progress reporting.
  • •Ensure projects adhere to health and safety regulations through regular site inspections and audits, and identify/address safety, health, and environmental issues.
  • •Proactively manage risks related to construction execution and HES, coordinating GC actions on risk as necessary.
  • •Own and manage contracts and budgets for assigned direct contracts, ensuring alignment with cost budgets.
  • •Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary project teams (including subcontractors and vendors), maintain project documentation (reports, permits, compliance records), and support safety/QA/QC and labor relations objectives. SOX control responsibilities may apply.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 140,000 - 160,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in construction management or equivalent work experience.
  • •Oil & Gas Sector experience required.
  • •Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience.
  • •Proven experience implementing and monitoring project HSE plans or contractor site safety plans.
  • •CCM certification preferred; OSHA 30 and related OSHA/BCSP/CPR certifications are preferred.
