Key Responsibilities

  • •Support and coordinate end-to-end proposal development across EoIs, SQs/PQQs, and RfPs/ITTs, including briefing packs and first drafts.
  • •Draft, edit, and tailor proposal content such as executive summaries, project experience/case studies, and capability documents.
  • •Coordinate inputs from technical, operational, and commercial stakeholders to meet submission deadlines and ensure proposal governance adherence.
  • •Receive, review, and distribute client requirements, clarifications, and evaluation criteria to produce compliant responses.
  • •Manage proposal document processes (e.g., MS Teams sites, version control, reviews), address reviewer comments, and maintain proposal templates/standards.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree-level qualification in a relevant subject (e.g., business or communications) with 5–8 years experience in a work-winning role.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Word and MS Office.
  • •Experience using document collaboration, review, and content management tools.
  • •Familiarity with proposal management systems and document formatting tools is desirable.
  • •APMP Foundation certification is preferred but not essential.
