Job Summary

Provide sales, service, and loan support to Relationship Managers and Commercial Credit staff for commercial client portfolios. Assist with pipeline and CRM accuracy, prospect follow-up, account opening and treasury onboarding, and referral opportunities. Own client service requests through resolution, support commercial loan and deposit servicing, and help ensure compliance with requirements such as Reg B and BSA/AML.

Key Responsibilities

•Assist Relationship Managers with sales support, including pipeline accuracy, call preparation, deposit account onboarding, treasury onboarding, and client/prospect follow-up while keeping CRM data accurate.
•Support portfolio growth by identifying and acting on referral opportunities using internal resources and maintaining product/service knowledge.
•Provide superior client service by taking ownership of client needs and requests and driving timely, accurate resolution.
•Assist with servicing commercial loans, deposits, and treasury-related fee services, including documentation, account opening, reporting, payments, fraud resolution support, and wire processing.
•Support loan processes and problem-loan management by delivering accurate information to internal loan teams, supporting compliance (e.g., Reg B, BSA/AML), and helping with collection activities and post-closing diligence.
