Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure Cisco products meet regulatory requirements for all markets where they are sold.
  • •Manage country approval activities with Country Managers, Regulatory Agencies, and Corporate Compliance teams.
  • •Plan and execute compliance activities aligned to product development milestones, including DVT, AO, and First Hardware Ship (FHS).
  • •Oversee EMC and Safety compliance activities, including obtaining and validating required test reports and documentation.
  • •Review product labels for correct Product IDs (PIDs) and country approval logos, manage workflows, track risks, and communicate readiness through executive reviews.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field such as Business Administration, Operations Management, Project Management, Compliance, or Computer Science.
  • •5+ years of experience in program management, compliance management, regulatory programs, product operations, quality systems, or related roles.
  • •Experience coordinating cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
  • •Ability to manage project schedules, milestones, risks, and action items while working independently.
  • •Strong skills in organizing and presenting program status, risks, and timelines to leadership.
