Key Responsibilities

  • •Complete onboarding and education program rotations and certification to perform in the Retail Personal Banker job family.
  • •Use consultative sales and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles and identify financial needs.
  • •Maintain deep knowledge of retail consumer and small business products and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • •Use CAMP and approved marketing tools to proactively reach out to customers and set appointments for financial reviews.
  • •Cross-sell to existing customers and conduct outside sales activities, including referrals with Mortgage, Small Business, Commercial and Investment partners, while meeting production goals.

Key Requirements

  • •College degree or work experience with transferrable skills (or a combination of education and experience).
  • •Experience in the financial industry preferred.
  • •Demonstrated ability to develop comfort level with sales activities to acquire new customers and/or cross-sell to existing customers.
  • •Ability to demonstrate understanding of advanced math functions to analyze credit and financial information.
  • •Requires S.A.F.E. Act registration through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) at the time of employment.
