Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, maintain, and continuously optimize content safety policies and enforcement frameworks for key business scenarios.
  • •Investigate and analyze policy-violating content, risky behaviors, abnormal accounts, and emerging ecosystem risks to identify root causes and propose scalable solutions.
  • •Design and improve content safety strategies and enforcement mechanisms across content, accounts, business entities, and related ecosystem activities to strengthen platform risk management.
  • •Partner with Product, Engineering, Algorithm, Moderation, Operations, Legal, and Policy teams to translate safety policies into executable review guidelines, operational processes, and product capabilities.
  • •Monitor safety performance using data analysis and feedback; establish measurement frameworks; drive iteration and improve consistency across human review and automated enforcement.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or above.
  • •2+ years of experience in Trust & Safety, Content Moderation, Policy Operations, Risk Control, Platform Safety Operations, or related areas.
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to translate complex issues into scalable solutions.
  • •Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • •Fluency in written and spoken Chinese to manage stakeholders in the China market.
