Key Responsibilities

  • •Optimize and maintain the Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) system for HR IT stakeholders.
  • •Manage Workday integrations using EIB, data transformation, Workday Studio, and Workday Extend, including end-to-end delivery from discovery through deployment and hypercare.
  • •Design and generate customized Workday reports and dashboards to support HR and business decision-making.
  • •Provide user support and conduct training sessions to ensure effective use of the Workday system.
  • •Collaborate with HR stakeholders on process improvements, handle data governance/audits and migrations, and support upgrades while ensuring compliance and security.

Key Requirements

  • •5-8 years total experience with proven Workday HCM experience as a system analyst, including integrations, reporting, configuration, and customization.
  • •In-depth expertise in Workday integrations and technical skills such as Workday Studio (inbound/outbound) and Workday Extend (PMDs, Scripts, ABOs, orchestration).
  • •Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices, plus knowledge of core HR, Absence, Time tracking, and compensation modules (with compensation preferable).
  • •Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with experience supporting data management, reporting, and analytics within the Workday platform.
  • •Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively, with effective communication and awareness of relevant data protection and security regulations.
