Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage an ABL portfolio through a Portfolio Manager team (up to 7), advising and reviewing their client management work.
  • •Develop and execute strategies for problem clients and implement measurable goals for timely work, retention, and minimized credit losses.
  • •Review and advise Portfolio Managers on credit quality, risk ratings, field exam responses, and problem loan reporting, including approval of credit requests.
  • •Advise on pricing strategies and credit structure changes (covenants, waivers, amendments, forbearances) and present watch assets to the bank’s risk team.
  • •Lead and train Portfolio Managers, develop new talent, and serve as a senior point of contact for customer relationships and special requests.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 155,100 - 333,500 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree required, preferably in finance, accounting, or business.
  • •At least 20 years of experience in ABL, including liquidation, workouts, restructuring, and client retention.
  • •Strong understanding of the legal environment for ABL, including contract law, the Uniform Commercial Code, and federal bankruptcy laws.
  • •Strong financial statement analytical and accounting skills, including lending against various types of collateral.
  • •Excellent written and oral communication skills and ability to communicate with employees, clients, and within the bank.
