Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the Design Manager in coordinating multidisciplinary design activities.
  • •Coordinate design information across CSA, MEP, ICT, Security, and other technical disciplines.
  • •Track design deliverables, outstanding actions, submission status, and maintain design registers/trackers/action logs.
  • •Track RFIs, technical submittals, drawings, design comments, and clarifications; follow up on overdue submissions.
  • •Assist with BIM coordination and clash detection/resolution, and support meetings, minutes, and closure of action items.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
  • •Experience in design coordination, engineering coordination, or a similar project role.
  • •Strong ability to interpret technical drawings and engineering documentation.
  • •Experience tracking RFIs, technical submittals, drawings, and design clarifications.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint, plus working knowledge of AutoCAD and basic-to-intermediate Revit and Navisworks.
