Key Requirements

  • •Associates degree and 10 years of beverage sales experience, including 5 years of sales management experience, 2 years of P&L management experience, and 5 years of key account sales management with customer development in a consumer products industry.
  • •An MBA may be substituted for P&L experience.
  • •Strong communication skills (oral and written) plus analytical, problem-solving, and leadership abilities, with customer relations experience.
  • •Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and work with a coaching leadership style that empowers team members.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel; UXT and SAP experience preferred.
