Key Responsibilities

  • •Estimate and evaluate change orders across the construction lifecycle, ensuring cost implications are documented and communicated.
  • •Develop and maintain project budgets, forecasts, cash flow reports, and cost control systems, tracking commitments, expenditures, accruals, and forecasts.
  • •Monitor and control project costs to align with approved budgets and client objectives, reporting risks, opportunities, and mitigation strategies.
  • •Review contractor and subcontractor pricing, change requests, and commercial submissions; reconcile cost changes and support pay application and invoice validation processes.
  • •Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and client representatives for cost reporting/forecasting input and support design development, value engineering, procurement, and final accounts.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Engineering, Accounting, or a related field.
  • •5+ years of experience in cost management, quantity surveying, or project controls for large-scale construction projects.
  • •Strong experience with cost control, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting.
  • •Experience leading cost management activities and reviewing contractor estimates, change orders, pay applications, valuations, and final accounts.
  • •Advanced understanding of cost control systems, financial forecasting tools, and Earned Value Management (EVM) principles.
