Job Summary

Plan and monitor production planning activities for Bukit Raja operations, coordinating with Procurement, Warehouse and Sales teams to ensure material availability, accurate forecasts, and on-time replenishment. Support MRP updates, inventory control, and inter-company/3rd party product planning while driving KPI awareness and ISO-aligned processes in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Support and monitor MRP and forecast updates in the planning system.
•Participate in monthly Demand Review Meetings and support sales forecast planning with Sales and Target Market teams.
•Monitor inventory levels and product availability to support sales demand and working capital targets.
•Follow up on replenishment activities, Purchase Orders, and supplier deliveries to ensure timely supply.
•Coordinate with Procurement, Warehouse, and other internal teams on planning and supply related matters.

Key Requirements

•1-2 years working experience in planning / manufacturing.
•Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or Manufacturing.
•Able to work independently with minimal supervision and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
•Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin will be an added advantage.
•Familiar with ERP systems such as SAP or Microsoft Dynamics Axapta.
