Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the lead consultant and main day-to-day contact for one jumbo employer client alongside the Account Executive.
  • •Manage client projects, including planning, monitoring deliverables, and executing accountabilities against scope and statement of work.
  • •Conduct analysis and prepare/draft executive-level reports and presentations for client meetings.
  • •Coordinate benchmarking, compliance, vendor renewal, and service coordination to support clients' day-to-day needs.
