Sr Lead FP&A - Aircraft (R5169)

Own forecasting, planning, and variance analysis for the Aircraft Business Unit, leading monthly, quarterly, and annual cycles. Build financial models connecting headcount and operational drivers to spend, margins, and resources, and translate production and program assumptions into actionable recommendations. Serve as a finance business partner across engineering, operations, supply chain, manufacturing, and program management, while improving reporting tools and planning systems (including Anaplan) with repeatable dashboards and templates.
