Key Requirements

  • •2+ years of management experience and 6+ years of overall software development experience. You’ve managed and coached 3+ direct reports for growth and success in a fast paced environment.
  • •Empathetic communicator who expresses nuanced ideas clearly at different levels of abstraction for different audiences.
  • •Familiar with current tech stack or able to learn quickly: React, Typescript, Python, Node.js; AWS services; Terraform; CircleCI; Netlify; Playwright; Cloudwatch; Datadog; Mezmo.
