Production Supervisor

Lead and motivate the production team to exceed operating targets by monitoring day-to-day production, downtime, and throughput. Ensure safety protocols, plant housekeeping, 5S, and lean manufacturing goals are met while producing quality product that complies with customer standards. Directly supervise 20–30 hourly employees, train and mentor staff, manage production performance paperwork and schedules, and partner with the Production Manager to control direct labor costs.
