  • •Develop new clients and projects in the healthcare sector and lead project teams to deliver work and grow client relationships.
  • •Drive facility-based business performance and strategically grow market share to become clients’ preferred trusted advisor.
  • •Manage local client coordination and cross-selling in partnership with regional, district, national business lines, and pursuit management.
  • •Oversee project performance and business outcomes, including overhead expenditures and KPIs (e.g., sales, funding, EBITDA, utilization, backlog).
  • •Support people development through mentorship and collaboration while promoting safety, sustainability, and ethics/compliance programs.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Architecture, Architectural Engineering, or a related field.
  • •12+ years of healthcare industry experience combining engineering management, business development, and business/operations management.
  • •Professional Engineering license or Architectural license required.
  • •Extensive knowledge of mechanical or electrical design, especially for healthcare projects.
  • •Experience with engineering planning, design, and construction management across renovation, new design, and construction projects.
