Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain high customer service on the gym floor, uphold Fitness First brand standards, and provide fitness expertise and motivational support to members.
  • •Deliver high-quality personal training programs and ensure safe, effective exercise execution while actively assisting and correcting members as needed.
  • •Support club events, promote Fitness First services, and maintain communication channels to ensure members feel welcome and valued.
  • •Complete training and development requirements, including certifications (MY ZONE, 6D, RISE) and ongoing CPD via IDEA Club Connect.
  • •Perform fitness administration tasks such as updating sessions and bookings in the Fitness Enterprise System, completing goal setting, and ensuring client documentation and signatures are in order.

Key Requirements

  • •Secondary Education (A level or equivalent).
  • •Personal Training certified (REPS A level) or equivalent, or working towards enrolled certification.
  • •Ability to undergo and complete required certifications via the Fitness First Education Academy (MY ZONE, 6D, RISE).
  • •Maintain REPs certification by completing required CPD points per year.
  • •Deliver personal training sessions aligned to the PT model, including progressing to Advanced PT.
