Job Summary

Ensure branch goals are met by delivering excellent customer service, supporting the Banking Center Manager, and managing operations when they’re absent. Key Responsibilities

•Provide excellent customer service, helping meet branch goals and promoting/cross-selling bank products and services.
•Perform banking center activities including opening new accounts, safe deposit duties, stop payment requests, check recorder tasks, and wire transfer requests.
•Monitor cash limits and ensure ATM and cash supply are balanced and within limits, including monitoring deposit account exceptions and clearing them timely.
•Review NSF and overdraft reports for assigned customer portfolios and approve or decline exceptions within approved limits.
•Support the Banking Center Manager by managing operations in their absence, supervising retail staff, and ensuring BSA/AML/CFT and sanctions compliance with timely required training.

Key Requirements

•Associate degree in business or a related field, or an equivalent combination of training and work experience.
•Minimum three years’ related experience in a financial institution, with a minimum of two years supervisory experience.
•Thorough knowledge of bank services and products.
•Understanding of related legal and regulatory requirements and familiarity with branch functions, policies, and procedures.
•Strong interpersonal, leadership, and supervisory skills, with attention to detail and ability to operate related computer applications.
