Job Summary

Help launch Lucid’s new Studio and Delivery location in Mission Viejo by guiding customers through the full journey—from needs assessment and product expertise to test drives and a high-impact sales experience. Manage CRM activity in Salesforce, maintain a disciplined sales pipeline, and meet performance targets. Lead transaction facilitation (desking) including financing/leasing application support, documentation, payment at signing, and coordinating with Lucid Financial Services and Delivery teams to ensure smooth delivery.

•Assess customer needs, provide product expertise, and educate customers using knowledge of competitor models, pricing, and packages.
•Build and nurture customer relationships, manage a robust sales pipeline, and meet/exceed performance targets.
•Conduct test drives and articulate selling points to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
•Facilitate transactions end to end from order through delivery, including financing/leasing application support, monitoring status, and coordinating documentation and vehicle readiness.
•Handle registration/payment at signing and coordinate with Lucid Financial Services and Delivery teams as needed.

Key Requirements

•2+ years of relevant commission-based sales experience, including building and managing a customer pipeline.
•Retail automotive sales and desking experience is highly desired.
•Availability to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays in a retail environment.
•Experience with Microsoft Office and CRM tools (Salesforce preferred), plus comfort using retail business systems.
•Proven track record achieving individual sales goals.
