Broiler Service Technician

Monitor broiler production performance by tracking bird mortality, feed conversion, sizing, and scheduling. Partner with contract growers to assess house conditions and recommend husbandry improvements that increase bird performance and reduce costs. Maintain feed tank inventories and order feed as needed, and support team effectiveness by scheduling and training other employees while recording and analyzing production data.
