Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and build intuitive Power Apps canvas apps, including navigation, responsive layouts, reusable components, and performance tuning with delegation-aware data access.
  • •Translate business requirements and user journeys into working applications, taking ownership of usability and app performance with real data volumes.
  • •Design and implement scalable Power Automate workflows, covering cloud flows, child flows, error handling/retry patterns, approvals, scheduling, event-driven processing, and concurrency/throughput.
  • •Create Dataverse solutions and security models (tables, relationships, computed fields, business rules, and row/column-level security) and validate correct access.
  • •Integrate AI agents and Copilot capabilities into canvas apps and Power Platform solutions, and manage integrations with external systems and Microsoft 365 services while troubleshooting and supporting releases/UAT.

Key Requirements

  • •7–12 years of application development with substantial recent experience in Microsoft Power Platform.
  • •Hands-on experience building Power Apps canvas apps (Power Fx, reusable components, responsive design, delegation and performance optimization).
  • •Experience designing and implementing scalable Power Automate workflows (error handling, child flows, approvals, high-volume/long-running patterns).
  • •Proven Dataverse implementation experience, including tables/relationships, calculated and rollup fields, alternate keys, and business rules.
  • •Practical knowledge of Dataverse security model (row-level/column-level security) and integrating AI agents/Copilot capabilities (Copilot Studio, AI Builder or equivalent).
