Key Responsibilities

  • •Architect, implement, and maintain the NNPI Security Plan aligned with NAVSEA NN-801, OPNAVINST N9210.3, and security classification guides.
  • •Serve as marking authority for determining, applying, and verifying NNPI/NOFORN markings on technical data, drawings, hardware, and digital files.
  • •Establish and manage access-control protocols, including granting, monitoring, and revoking NNPI access based on verified citizenship, clearance, and operational necessity.
  • •Prevent foreign disclosure by enforcing controls against exposure of NNPI to foreign nationals/entities or unauthorized personnel per export control laws and government directives.
  • •Lead audits and incident response by liaising with government security officers and directing investigation, containment, and reporting of security infractions or unauthorized disclosures.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 146,000 - 194,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Must be a U.S. Citizen.
  • •Hold an active U.S. Secret clearance (or higher) and be able to obtain/maintain it.
  • •Have prior experience as a designated NNPICO or Assistant NNPICO with organizations routinely handling NNPI.
  • •Demonstrate in-depth working knowledge of NAVSEA NN-801, OPNAVINST N9210.3, and DoD CUI handling guidelines.
  • •Have a Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Engineering, Business, or related field (or equivalent) plus 5+ years of security compliance or classified program management experience.
