Key Responsibilities

•Lead the end-to-end design process for Pay-related features, ensuring UX craft and consistency across markets.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, product, creative, strategy, engineering, research) to align on problem statements and user journeys.
•Participate in design critiques and present work in leadership reviews to influence product direction.
•Mentor and coach other designers in the squad to elevate UX quality and design thinking.
•Partner with content, visual designers, product managers, researchers, and engineers to build and ship user-centred experiences that reflect the company vision.

Key Requirements

•6-8 years of Product Design experience in a digital environment
•Experience designing digital products in an agile development environment
•Bachelor’s degree in Product Design, Web Design, or equivalent project/portfolio experience
•Native understanding of human-centered design principles
•A portfolio of modern, mobile-first design work demonstrating ability to design for digital experiences
