Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as a subject matter expert for Treasury Management Systems, guiding capabilities, configuration, controls, accounting setup, and reporting.
  • •Support end-to-end treasury workflows from deal execution through treasury operations, including reporting.
  • •Lead and support treasury projects and transformation initiatives, managing plans, governance materials, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.
  • •Coordinate requirements gathering, solution design, testing, training, implementation, and post-implementation review across Treasury, Finance, Technology, vendors, and partners.
  • •Ensure treasury processes align with group treasury policy and governance requirements, supporting controls (including ICFR) and audit activities.

Key Requirements

  • •Significant corporate treasury experience within a large multinational organisation.
  • •Experience implementing, enhancing, or managing Treasury Management Systems.
  • •Hands-on experience with FIS Quantum and/or other Treasury Management Systems (FIS Integrity, Kyriba, Reval, IT2) in a live corporate environment.
  • •Proven project management experience delivering treasury transformation or technology-enabled initiatives.
  • •Strong understanding of treasury operations, cash and liquidity management, financial risk management, treasury controls and reporting, plus treasury accounting and TMS configuration.
