Key Responsibilities

•Partner with business stakeholders to understand priorities, define success metrics, and deliver actionable analysis.
•Conduct end-to-end analysis from problem definition through recommendations, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities to improve business performance.
•Assess the impact of business strategies and communicate insights to support decision-making at all levels.
•Use SQL, BI tools, Python, and approved AI tools to accelerate analysis, identify patterns, generate hypotheses, and improve speed to insight.
•Apply AI responsibly to validate outputs (accuracy, bias, privacy, and business relevance) and contribute to metrics, data models, and the overall data ecosystem.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in data analytics or a related field.
•Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline or equivalent practical experience.
•Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets.
•Experience with BI/data visualisation tools (e.g. Power BI).
•Working knowledge of Python for analysis, automation, or data mining.
