  • •Lead and develop a CMP equipment engineering team by establishing performance targets aligned to fab output, yield, and cost objectives.
  • •Drive manufacturing optimization through equipment performance improvement, yield enhancement, throughput maximization, and cost reduction using data-driven methods.
  • •Partner cross-functionally and globally to deploy best-known methods, optimize capacity, and support tool lifecycle activities including installs, upgrades, and relocations.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, Materials Science, or related field and 5+ years of CMP semiconductor manufacturing experience, or 10+ years of direct CMP equipment engineering experience.
  • •2+ years of leadership experience managing technical teams or leading critical engineering projects in a manufacturing environment.
  • •Demonstrated experience optimizing equipment performance, performing root cause analysis, and implementing corrective actions in a semiconductor fabrication environment.
  • •Solid understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes, including CMP process, CMP equipment, and on-board metrology toolsets.
  • •Preferred: a Master’s degree in a relevant technical discipline.
