Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage, plan, coordinate, and lead deployment of the Continuous Improvement Framework, Lean, Six Sigma, and Industry 4.0 throughout the plant facility.
  • •Develop and implement site Lean, Six Sigma, and Industry 4.0 strategy aligned to business objectives and the CI vision.
  • •Drive operational excellence using Lean and Six Sigma tools to improve productivity, quality, cost, delivery, and customer satisfaction.
  • •Facilitate Kaizen Events, Rapid Improvement Events (RIEs), Needle Mover Projects, and other CI initiatives, including performing and validating Lean Six Sigma assessments to close actions.
  • •Build organizational CI capability through talent development, succession planning, Lean certification programs, and execute the annual CI roadmap and calendar; provide CI performance and status updates to plant leadership.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from an accredited institution.
  • •10+ years of experience in Manufacturing and/or Distribution.
  • •Experience driving Lean and Six Sigma initiatives and Industry 4.0 initiatives.
  • •Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt with demonstrated success driving productivity, quality, cost, delivery, and safety improvements.
  • •Prior experience across different functions to connect downstream impacts within a value stream is preferred.
