Job Summary

Deliver high-standard customer service for prepaid products by reviewing and analyzing requests from merchants and customers globally, then making informed pay/decline decisions based on compliance requirements. Work with the Travelers Cheques & Prepaid Servicing (TCPS) operations team in a 24/7, multi-lingual environment, handling inbound calls/faxes and supporting prepaid servicing, including claims, escheatment, refunds, and risk/fraud-related escalations.

Key Responsibilities

•Review and analyze merchant/customer requests for prepaid products and make compliant pay/decline decisions.
•Manage inbound customer and seller calls and faxes for prepaid products like gift cards and traveler’s cheques.
•Handle claims for lost/stolen and unable to cash traveller cheques, plus escheatment calls and faxes.
•Process refund requests and cases involving overspend and excessive balance.
•Respond to customer escalations with root cause analysis and analyze risk-related data to identify fraud connections; manage change to meet performance targets.
