Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan and execute property projects, addressing scope, timelines, and deliverables while tracking progress to meet objectives.
  • •Manage budgeting and cost control by monitoring expenses and implementing controls; provide budget reporting and forecasting.
  • •Conduct quality assurance and compliance activities, including inspections, quality checks, and ensuring punch list items are completed.
  • •Coordinate stakeholder updates and serve as a liaison across teams and vendors, including participating in RNT/Orion meetings and communicating requirements.
  • •Support capital expenditure and major maintenance programs, including tracking documentation, vendor performance, invoicing requirements, and closeout records.
